2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. Our products are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take prescribed medication or are under medical supervision, consult your GP or pharmacist before use.

3. Products

All products sold on this site are research-grade peptide compounds supplied strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use. They are not medicines, food supplements or consumer products, and are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use or therapeutic use. Always follow the stated handling and storage information and do not exceed the recommended research-use quantity.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price has been listed in error, and will refund you in full.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider.

6. Subscriptions

Subscribe & save orders renew automatically at the stated frequency at the discounted price. You may pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account before the next dispatch date. There is no minimum term.

7. Delivery and returns

Delivery timescales and your right to cancel are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
