Who we are

Peptitrust Ltd, 18 Aire Street, Leeds LS1 4HT, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored hashed)
• Order details: delivery address, order history and subscription status
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers
• Technical data: IP address and basic analytics about how the site is used

Why we use it

To fulfil your orders and subscriptions (contract), to send service emails such as confirmations and dispatch notices (contract), to meet accounting and product-safety obligations (legal obligation), and to send marketing emails where you have opted in (consent).

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our fulfilment carrier, our email provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax law. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must retain it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email hello@peptitrust.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
