Dispatch

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours from our EU warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95, free on orders over £40, 2–3 working days
• DPD Next Day — £6.95, order before 3pm on a working day

EU delivery

EU orders ship from EU-held stock, so there are no customs charges or import delays. Delivery is typically 3–5 working days.

Returns

You may cancel and return unopened research peptide compounds within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including standard outbound delivery. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

For safety reasons, opened research peptide compounds are sealed goods that cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email hello@peptitrust.co.uk within 14 days with your order number and a photo. Your coordinator will arrange a replacement or refund — usually the same working day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
